Reservation will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% accomadation charges in advance.

Payment should be made by demand draft favouring “KANNIMEL FURNISHED COTTAGE” payable at Cochin.

Cancellation of a reservation between 30 days and 08 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accomodation by the hotel

cancellation of reservation less than 8 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

Any reduction in the number of rooms within 30 days to 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accomodation.

Any reduction in rooms within 15 days of arrival will incur a retention charge for entire length of stay of the hotel.
